How do we measure our clothing?

All clothing are measured flat. We also make a size recommendation, as vintage and secondhand fashion can vary greatly in size. The size recommendation is always from the perspective of a female body S / M and 1,60 m. Feel free and contact us, if you have further questions!

All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days via DHL and include a tracking number. Prices include value-added tax (VAT).

Germany

EU (Zone 1 - inside the EU)

How To Return My Items?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send your order back. As soon as we‘ve checked your order, we will refund you the article price/s in within 14 buisness days with your payment method you used for the purchase. For an order under 100,00€ we will also refund you the shipping costs you paid for your order.

To start a return, you have to contact me at vinti_vintage@web.de, use the contact formular here or DM me at Instagram @vinti_vintage_ first. Items, which are sent back without any requesting a return will not be accepted. The item needs to be shipped with a tracking number and you have to pay the return costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that vintage clothing may show some signs of wear such as pilling, little discoloration or other imperfections. Please check the measurements and the description before your purchase to avoid returns.
